Job summary

Gordon Family Medical Practice in Gordon, NSW is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our friendly team. You will support GPs and the wider clinical team to deliver high-quality, patient-centred care in a modern, supportive environment.

Key duties include immunisations, wound care, health assessments, chronic disease management support, patient recalls, infection control, and clinical administration. The role is part-time (20 hours per week) with opportunities for professional development.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Experience in General Practice, Primary Care or Community Health is desirable.
• Strong clinical and communication skills are essential.
• Collaborative and patient-focused approach is important.
• Experience with immunisations and chronic disease management is desirable.
