Job summary

Key Health is seeking a proactive Practice Nurse to join our team across all clinics. You will deliver high-quality clinical care in a supportive general practice environment, working with doctors and colleagues to ensure safe, patient-centered services.

Responsibilities include immunisations, wound care, health assessments, and triage, plus supporting chronic disease management, documentation, and infection control.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration (RN or EN).
• Current CPR certification.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience in general practice or primary healthcare is desirable.

Practice Nurse | Key Health

We are seeking a motivated and patient-focused Practice Nurse to join our team and work from all our Key Health clinics.

In this role, you will provide high-quality clinical care within a supportive general practice environment, working closely with doctors and the wider team to deliver safe, efficient, and patient-centred care.

Key Responsibilities

• Providing clinical care in line with professional and safety standards

Desirable:

• Experience in general practice or primary healthcare
• Experience in chronic disease management and health assessments
• Familiarity with Best Practice software
