About the Role
Are you a seasoned medical administration leader ready to make a difference? As Practice Manager, you’ll ensure the clinic operations run smoothly while fostering a supportive, high-performing team environment.

What You’ll Do?
  • Oversee practice management systems and processes for optimal efficiency using Genie software
  • Manage HR for a ~15-strong team: recruitment, compliance, training, and performance management
  • Handle public and private billing processes in line with Australian healthcare standards
  • Build strong relationships with patients, doctors, staff, and external healthcare partners
  • Collaborate on strategic and business growth plans with practice leadership
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and best practices
  • Foster a positive, collaborative culture that empowers the team

What You Bring?
  • 3+ years as a medical practice manager or in healthcare administration
  • Expertise in public and private billing within the Australian healthcare system
  • Proficiency with Genie software and MYOB for practice management and financial oversight
  • Deep knowledge of specialist medical operations and regulations
  • Proven HR skills with a track record of motivating high-performance teams
