Job summary

Petstock Vet Cannington is seeking a hands-on Practice Manager to lead from the front while staying involved on the floor as a Veterinary Nurse. The role is part-time (minimum 20 hours per week) with flexibility around days, and Monday to Saturday clinic operation.

You will supervise and mentor the team, support rostering and clinic operations, and help deliver outstanding patient care and client service. WA registration is required.

  • Must hold a recognised qualification in Veterinary Nursing.

Job Opportunity

We are seeking a Part‑Time Practice Manager to join our team, working a minimum of 20 hours per week. We can offer flexibility around the days worked to suit the successful applicant, with the clinic operating Monday to Saturday. This role is ideal for an experienced Veterinary Nurse looking to grow their leadership skills while remaining involved in patient care and the day‑to‑day operations of the clinic.

The Role Requires That You
  • Lead and support a positive, collaborative clinic culture.
  • Work alongside the team as a Veterinary Nurse while balancing administrative and leadership responsibilities.
  • Support the delivery of excellent patient care standards.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and provide outstanding customer service.
  • Assist with clinic operations, rostering and financial performance.
  • Support and mentor team members to help them succeed.
  • Hold a recognised qualification in Veterinary Nursing.
