Job summary

Lifestyle Solutions in Sydney is seeking a passionate Practice Leader to guide a team delivering high-quality, person-centred disability services. Based out of Rossmore, you’ll supervise support professionals, coach best practices, and drive service delivery aligned with our values and strategic goals.

You will build team capability, foster collaboration, ensure responsive client support, and maintain safety and compliance. This is a hands-on leadership role within a supportive Operations team.

Qualifications

• Minimum requirement: Working with Vulnerable People Check with NDIS endorsement.
• National Police Check (or willingness to obtain).
• Commitment to diversity, inclusion, and ethical practice.
