Department of Education and Training in Darwin is seeking a Professional 3 to provide leadership and expert practice to a multi-disciplinary team supporting school wellbeing and inclusion. You will balance strategic leadership with a small caseload and contribute to quality improvement activities.
The role requires collaboration with psychologists, behaviour advisors, OTs, social workers and speech pathologists across schools, with two positions available and end dates in mid-2027.

Primary Objective:
To provide professional leadership and practice expertise to psychologists, behaviour advisors, occupational therapist, social workers and speech pathologists who are part of a multi-disciplinary team who support schools to improve well-being and inclusion through whole school and targeted approaches. Develop a culture of practice excellence through ongoing quality improvement activities and carry a small caseload when required. Two positions are available, with one position ending on 30/06/2027 and the other till 30/07/2027.
