Job summary

Sunstate Motorcycles in Maroochydore on the Sunshine Coast is seeking a motivated Sales Consultant to join our BRP dealership. Sell new and used Sea-Doo and Can-Am vehicles, convert inquiries into sales and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

You will work with finance, parts and workshop teams in a full-time role, benefiting from a supportive family-owned culture and ongoing product training.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience in powersports, marine, automotive, retail or hospitality preferred but not essential. We will train the right person.
• Confident communicator with a customer-focused approach.
• Self-motivated, target-driven and professional.
• Genuine passion for the outdoor/powersports lifestyle.

Responsibilities

• Sell new and used Sea-Doo and Can-Am vehicles.
• Convert walk-in, phone and online enquiries into sales.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations.
• Build strong customer relationships and deliver outstanding experiences.
• Work closely with finance, parts and workshop teams.
