Job summary

Applied Industrial Technologies Pty in Victoria is seeking a Power Transmission Product Support Coordinator to provide operational support across our Power Transmission product portfolio. You'll work with the National Product Manager, suppliers, sales teams and branches to ensure product availability, pricing, and delivery information.

The role requires experience in Power Transmission or related industrial products, ability to manage multiple enquiries, coordinate with suppliers and branches,

Qualifications

• Experience within Power Transmission, industrial distribution, or related industrial products environment.
• Knowledge of products such as belts, pulleys, chain, sprockets, couplings, gearboxes, motors.
• Experience in internal sales, customer service, product support, purchasing, sales support or a similar role.
• Strong attention to detail with product codes, pricing and technical information.
• Good organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple enquiries and priorities.
• Confidence communicating with suppliers, customers, sales representatives and branch teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day product support to our branch and sales teams across the Power Transmission range.
• Respond to price, availability, stock and lead-time enquiries.
• Liaise with suppliers regarding product availability, pricing, delivery dates and order status.
• Provide branches and sales teams with accurate delivery and ETA information and proactively follow up outstanding enquiries.
• Assist with product identification, alternatives and general product enquiries.
• Support the preparation of customer quotations and pricing enquiries.
• Coordinate information between suppliers, branches, sales teams and customers to help ensure enquiries are resolved quickly and accurately.
• Assist with maintaining product, pricing and supplier information within our systems.
• Support the introduction of new products, including gathering and distributing relevant product and pricing information.
• Assist the National Product Manager with supplier pricing updates, product range changes and other day-to-day product administration.
• Follow up supply issues, backorders and other product-related queries to help minimise disruption to our customers.
• Build strong working relationships with our suppliers and internal teams across the national branch network.
