Job summary
Motion Asia Pacific seeks an experienced Product Manager to lead the development and growth of the Mechanical Power Transmission category across Australia. You will blend technical expertise with commercial insight to support our national sales network, customers and suppliers, shaping category strategy and driving product offerings.

Qualifications
- Practical technical expertise in Mechanical Power Transmission and drive components.
- Experience in product management, category management or technical sales.
- Strong understanding of industrial customer requirements and problem-solving.
Responsibilities
- Lead category planning to grow sales, profit and market share.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Mechanical Power Transmission products.
- Manage product range, supplier selection and lifecycle activity.
- Develop supplier partnerships and joint growth plans.
- Work with sales teams to develop customer opportunities and targeted sales plans.
- Deliver technical training for internal teams and customers.
- Analyse category performance, customer trends and market opportunities.
- Partner with supply chain and inventory teams to support forecasting and inventory optimisation.
