Aurecon Group is seeking a Power Systems Engineer in Perth to contribute to energy projects, modelling SWIS, renewable generation, and connection studies. You will engage with Western Power and clients to deliver robust power systems analyses.

The role emphasizes technical leadership, clear reporting, and collaboration across the energy team in a hybrid Perth-based setup with client-facing responsibilities.

Formación

• Engineering degree or equivalent.
• Strong experience modelling SWIS and renewable generation.
• Familiarity with Western Power requirements and WEM processes.

Responsabilidades

• Develop network, generator and load models and power systems studies for SWIN connections.
• Conduct generator and large-load connection studies for renewables, data centres and major customers using PowerFactory/PSCAD.
• Prepare technical reports and submission documents for Western Power and WEM processes.
