Job summary

GHD is seeking a Power Systems Engineer (Mid to Senior) to join the WA DDO Energy Delivery Group in Perth. You will contribute to generation, transmission and distribution studies, aligning with local and national regulations and supporting project teams and bids.

You will work with experienced engineers, develop network models, and prepare reports for clients and authorities, enabling sustainable energy transitions and delivering diverse power projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering with power systems focus.
• Experience in power system analysis and modelling.
• Familiarity with ES&M Rules and power system planning.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to power projects across Australia.
• Develop power system models for generators, loads and BESS.
• Generate models, studies and reports for network providers and AEMO.
• Support bid coordinators to prepare proposals for new work.
