Job summary

Frazer Tremble in Melbourne seeks a hands-on Power Platform Program Lead to drive a multi-year transformation across Power Platform, Dynamics 365, Dataverse and Azure. Hybrid, onsite requirements, reporting to Enterprise and Solution Architect.

You will lead design, governance and delivery of end-to-end platform capabilities, mentor staff and assure solution integrity across the enterprise landscape.

Qualifications

• Senior technical leadership delivering enterprise solutions across Power Platform, M365, Dynamics 365 and Azure.
• Strong Dataverse data modelling and security roles expertise.
• Solid governance, environment strategy, DevOps and ALM knowledge.
• PL-600/PL-200 desirable; MB-700 an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, configuration and implementation of Power Platform, M365, Dynamics 365 and Azure solutions.
• Own technical design integrity of dual-write between Dynamics 365 F&O and Dataverse.
• Provide Dataverse modelling input into entity design and security.
• Guide build of Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse and Dynamics 365 capabilities.
• Own ALM practices—environment promotion, source control, DevOps.

Job description

A public sector organisation is undertaking a significant, multi-year business transformation - redesigning its operating model and modernising core systems across Power Platform, Dynamics 365, Dataverse and Azure.

They're seeking a Power Platform Program Lead to provide senior, hands-on technical leadership across the program. This is a genuinely hands-on role for someone who wants to build and assure solutions directly, while still holding enterprise-level accountability for how it all fits together.

Based in Melbourne (hybrid, onsite requirement), reporting to the Enterprise and Solution Architect.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, configuration and implementation of Power Platform, Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, Dataverse and Azure solutions
• Own technical design integrity of dual-write between Dynamics 365 F&O and Dataverse
• Provide specialist Dataverse modelling input into entity design, security roles and downstream impacts
• Guide build of Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse and Dynamics 365 capabilities
• Own ALM practices - environment promotion, source control, DevOps
• Quality assure the systems integrator's developer output and mentor internal staff

About You

• Senior technical leadership experience delivering enterprise solutions across Power Platform, M365, Dynamics 365 and Azure
• Strong Dataverse capability (data modelling, security roles, relationships)
• Strong grasp of platform governance, environment strategy, DevOps and ALM
• Tertiary qualification in IT/Computer Science/related field, or equivalent experience
• PL-600, PL-200 desirable; MB-700 an advantage
