Job summary

Davidson is seeking a Power Platform Developer in Melbourne to design and deliver secure, scalable enterprise solutions using Power Platform. You will collaborate with stakeholders, architects, and governance teams to translate requirements into fit-for-purpose apps and automation that deliver real business value.

You will work with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse, integrating with SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365, while upholding governance, security, and environment management

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years' experience developing enterprise solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.
• Strong hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
• Experience integrating Power Platform solutions with SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365, and external systems.
• Solid understanding of Power Platform environments, security roles, DLP, and governance.
• Experience with Power Platform CoE Starter Kit.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain enterprise Power Platform solutions.
• Develop workflows, integrations, and automation to improve efficiency.
• Build and maintain custom connectors and integrations with MS 365 and third-party systems.
• Apply best-practice patterns for performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• Manage the full solution lifecycle from versioning to deployments.
• Ensure governance, security, and environment management standards.
• Support and enhance solutions in production environments.

About the Role

This role focuses on designing and delivering secure, scalable, and well‑governed solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform to support business productivity and digital transformation initiatives.

You’ll work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and platform governance teams to translate requirements into fit‑for‑purpose applications and automation solutions that deliver real business value.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain enterprise solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps (Canvas & Model‑Driven), Power Automate, Dataverse, and Power Pages
• Develop workflows, integrations, and automation solutions to improve operational efficiency and data quality
• Build and maintain custom connectors and integrations with Microsoft 365 and third‑party systems
• Apply best‑practice patterns for performance, scalability, accessibility, and maintainability
• Manage the full solution lifecycle, including versioning, deployments, environment promotion, and release documentation
• Ensure solutions comply with Power Platform governance, security, and environment management standards
• Support and enhance solutions in production environments

About You
