Job summary

The University of Western Australia is seeking a leader to design, implement and manage enterprise automation platforms, with a strong focus on Power Platform, Workato and UiPath. The role will develop shared automation capabilities, templates and tooling for consistent delivery across the university.

You will mentor citizen developers, guide platform users, and contribute to governance, standards and security across automation initiatives.

Qualifications

Tertiary qualification in Information Technology or equivalent experience.
Experience designing, implementing and supporting automation solutions using enterprise automation or low-code platforms, with Power Platform preferred.
Experience developing enterprise-wide shared automation capabilities and reusable components/tools for platform users.
Experience contributing to technical standards, patterns and guardrails within an automation/platform environment.

Responsibilities

Lead and provide oversight to design, implementation, enhancement and stewardship of enterprise automation platforms (Power Platform, Workato, UiPath) to ensure reliability, security and scalability.
Develop and maintain enterprise-wide shared automation capabilities for platform users, including reusable components and templates.
Mentor and support citizen developers with guidance, documentation and learning resources to enable safe and effective automation design.
