Job summary

City People Solutions is seeking an experienced Power BI Developer to join our Data & Analytics team in Australia. You will design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and data models that drive data‑driven decision making.

You will bring 5+ years in BI analytics, strong Power BI and SQL skills, and expertise in data warehousing concepts, ETL, and Azure Data Services to optimize performance and deliver insights for stakeholders across the business.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence and Analytics.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power BI.
• Advanced knowledge of DAX, Power Query, and Data Modeling.
• Strong SQL skills with experience in data extraction and transformation.
• Experience working with large datasets and performance optimization techniques.
• Knowledge of Azure Data Services (ADF, Azure SQL, Synapse, Databricks) is highly desirable.
• Understanding of data warehousing concepts, dimensional modeling, and ETL processes.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
