Job summary

Sirius partners with a national healthcare provider and is expanding its IT team. We are seeking a Power Apps Developer to own the creation of custom applications that streamline internal operations for staff and healthcare practitioners.

If you enjoy translating complex problems into practical apps, designing from scratch, and delivering user friendly solutions, this role is for you. You’ll work across departments to identify bottlenecks, build canvas and model‑driven apps, and maintain them

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ hands-on commercial experience with the Microsoft Power Platform.
• Strong understanding of Dataverse and SharePoint development.
• Ability to design intuitive UI/UX for non-technical users.

Responsibilities

• Automate business processes using Power Automate.

We are partnering with a highly respected, rapidly expanding national healthcare and allied health provider. While they’ve been a leader in their field for decades, their internal tech landscape is going through an exciting modernisation phase.

They are building out a dedicated IT team and are looking for a Power Apps Developer to take ownership of creating custom applications that make life easier for their internal teams and healthcare practitioners. If you enjoy taking a problem, sketching out a solution, and building an app from scratch, this is for you.

What you will be doing:

Instead of just working through a backlog of tickets, you’ll be directly engaging with different departments to figure out where the bottlenecks are.

• Design & Build: You will architect, build, and deploy custom Canvas and Model-driven applications from the ground up.
• Automate: Use Power Automate to streamline complex business processes and replace outdated legacy systems.
• Collaborate: Run workshops with both technical and non-technical staff to understand their needs and translate them into smart tech solutions.
• Maintain & Improve: Ensure everything runs smoothly post-launch, fix bugs, and write clear documentation so user adoption is seamless.

What you bring to the table:

• At least 2 years of hands-on commercial experience across the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
• Solid understanding of Dataverse as a data source and experience with SharePoint development.
• A genuine focus on UI/UX – you don't just build functional apps; you build apps that are clean, intuitive, and easy for non-tech people to use.
• Great communication skills. You can explain technical concepts to stakeholders without making their eyes glaze over.
• Background in healthcare or an environment with strict data privacy standards is a bonus, but not mandatory.
