Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in powder coating or industrial painting.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Solid understanding of mechanical and manufacturing techniques.
  • Effective communication skills in English (verbal and written).
  • Physically fit with good vision and ability to perform manual tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare parts for coating using sandblasting, cleaning, dipping, and masking techniques.
  • Apply powder coating using guns, hoppers, and booth systems.
  • Monitor equipment and inspect coating quality using visual checks and viscometers.
  • Bake coated parts at correct temperatures.
  • Maintain and clean painting equipment.
  • Ensure safety and quality standards are consistently met.
  • Load/unload parts using fixtures and overhead cranes.
