Job summary

Pace Farm Pty Limited in Euroa VIC is seeking a dedicated Farm Supervisor to lead daily poultry operations, ensuring welfare, biosecurity and productivity. The role offers a 4 days on / 4 days off roster with shifts roughly 6:45am to 5:30pm.

You will train and motivate a small team, support the Farm Manager, monitor performance and farm conditions, and drive continuous improvements in animal welfare and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a small team on a farm.
• Knowledge of poultry welfare and biosecurity practices.
• Ability to monitor farm performance and conditions.
