You will analyse ecological data, publish results, and support multi-site restoration trials with partners, translating findings into practical guidance for stakeholders.

Qualifications

• PhD in ecological restoration or related field with strong research record.
• Experience designing, implementing and managing glasshouse or field trials.
• Ability to publish results in peer‑reviewed venues and reports.
• Proven collaboration with multiple partners and investigators.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver glasshouse and field trials for drought-resilient restoration.
• Lead site prep, soil amendments and planting approaches in experiments.
• Analyse ecological data and monitor biodiversity outcomes.
• Publish findings and provide stakeholder-facing research outputs.
• Supervise and mentor HDR students where appropriate.
