Job summary

Garlo's Pies is seeking an experienced Post Production Coordinator to join our Australian-made manufacturing operation. This role combines hands-on leadership, people management, quality control and problem-solving to keep post production running smoothly, achieve daily targets and uphold safety and foodquality standards.

You will lead Wrapping and Packing, coach Line Leaders, manage labour planning and rostering, and work across departments to minimise disruptions while driving continuous

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Strong planning, labour management and productivity focus.
• Knowledge of HACCP, GMP and food safety requirements.
• Proven ability to manage performance and coach line staff.
• Ability to respond quickly to operational disruptions.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the Wrapping and Packing functions.
• Coach and develop Line Leaders and teams, including succession planning.
• Ensure production schedules and line start/finish times are met.
• Manage labour requirements and rostering per production plan.
• Monitor attendance, leave and performance.
• Maintain HACCP, GMP, QCP/CCP and safety standards.
• Monitor product quality and reduce waste.
• Investigate customer complaints and NCRs and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with Kitchen, Pastry, Warehouse and other departments.
• Identify and prioritise maintenance affecting productivity.
