Job summary

Evolve Scientific in Sydney is seeking a data-driven quality analyst to join the Quality team and support post-market surveillance activities. You will analyse post-market and complaint data, identify trends, and prepare data summaries for stakeholders across the business.

You will collaborate with Quality, Regulatory, Engineering and Technical Services, contribute to complaint investigations, and help ensure regulatory compliance through rigorous data analytics.

Qualifications

• Degree in Science, Engineering or related discipline.
• Experience in ISO-regulated medical device or pharma environments advantageous.
• Strong Excel skills with large datasets and Pivot Tables.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Understanding of ISO standards and GMP processes advantageous.
• Experience with Power BI or Tableau is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Analyse post-market and complaint data to identify trends.

• Maintain complaint records within internal systems.

About the Company & Role:
Join a Global Medical Device Manufacturer at the forefront of infection prevention technology. Working within the Quality team, you'll play a key role in analysing customer and product data, identifying trends, supporting complaint management activities and helping ensure ongoing regulatory compliance.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong analytical skills who enjoys working with data, communicating findings and collaborating with stakeholders across the business.

Reporting to the Quality Operations & Post Market Surveillance Manager, you'll join a supportive team with full training and handover provided.

Duties:

• Analyse and interpret post-market and complaint data
• Identify trends, adverse events and out-of-trend results
• Manage and maintain complaint records within internal systems
• Support complaint investigations and adverse event reporting
• Prepare reports, presentations and data summaries for stakeholders
• Present findings to local and international teams
• Participate in weekly data review meetings
• Follow SOPs, work instructions and quality processes
• Collaborate with Quality, Regulatory, Engineering and Technical Services teams

Skills & Experience:

• Degree in Science, Engineering, Pharmaceutical Science or a related discipline
• Experience within the medical device, pharmaceutical or another ISO-regulated environment is advantageous
