Job summary

Proclinical Group is seeking a Post Harvest Lead to manage and optimize post-harvest operations in a medicinal cannabis facility in Collie, Western Australia, with a focus on pharmaceutical-grade standards and regulatory compliance.

You will develop processes, track yields and batch genealogy, train staff on SOPs, and collaborate with cultivation and GMP manufacturing teams to enhance quality, consistency, and efficiency on site.

Qualifications

• Experience leading post-harvest in regulated production environments (cannabis or pharmaceuticals).
• Knowledge of drying, curing, trimming and product quality impacts.
• Experience developing, delivering training on SOPs and maintaining batch records.
• Familiarity with TGA, GMP, and GACP or equivalent regulatory frameworks.
• On-site work in Collie, WA, Australia.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily post-harvest operations and packaging.
• Ensure pharmaceutical hygiene and environmental controls in drying and curing rooms.
• Develop, implement, and train staff on SOPs for post-harvest processes.
• Lead and coach a team of post-harvest technicians and laborers.
• Track yields, waste, batch genealogy, and documentation.
• Collaborate with cultivation and GMP manufacturing teams on timing and release.
• Drive continuous improvement for yields, moisture targets, and efficiency.
• Support audits and site improvement projects as the facility scales.
