Job summary

Boehunter Executive Search & Selection is partnering with a growing Australian pharmaceutical and medicinal cannabis organisation to appoint an experienced Head of Manufacturing – GMP Manufacturing. This senior leadership role oversees two Western Australian manufacturing operations, including a new Perth GMP facility and an established regional site, with regular travel.

• Senior leadership experience in GMP pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Experience leading multi-site production, engineering and warehousing operations.
• Strong understanding of regulatory standards and audit readiness (GMP, quality partnerships).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end GMP pharmaceutical manufacturing across two Western Australian sites.
• Commission and scale a newly established GMP facility in Perth.
• Oversee multi-site production, engineering and warehouse operations to optimise throughput and yield.
• Drive capacity, cost of goods sold (COGS) and overall operational performance.
• Ensure GMP compliance and audit readiness in partnership with Quality.
• Support domestic and international manufacturing and supply opportunities.
