Job Description

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced clinician to step into aTeam Leaderrole, supporting the operational management of our North and South Perth Positive Behaviour Support teams.

In this role, you’ll provideguidance and supportto Behaviour Support Practitioners, helping them deliverhigh-quality servicesaligned with AAA’s standards. You’ll be backed by ourBusiness Partners and Head of Operationsto ensure consistency in practice, clear communication of priorities, and a strong focus onparticipant outcomes.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Extensive experience working with and supporting clients / participants / patients across a variety of settings.
  • Experience with clinical supervision & willingness to work across regions and potential travel on a regular basis.
  • Strong operational skills with demonstrated experience in managing and supporting high-performing teams.
  • Demonstrated excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work at a high professional standard in a collaborative manner within a leadership environment.
  • Comfortable supporting the BSP team operationally (with training and support) and clinically to achieve role requirements.

Qualifications

About You

  • Current suitabilityat the Proficient or Advanced level as a Behaviour Support Practitionerisessential
  • Considerable experience providing support to people with behaviours of concern (professionally and/or personally)isessential
  • Substantial experience in the provision of positive behaviour supports
  • Ability to demonstrate up-to-date evidence-based clinical skills
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication (written and verbal) and problem-solving skills
  • Commitment to continuing professional development
