Job summary

LiveBig is seeking a Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner (NDIS Registered) to join our Brisbane South, Logan and Ipswich teams. You will conduct assessments, develop evidence-based plans and deliver person-centred supports for participants with disabilities.

This permanent full-time role offers strong clinical supervision, PD funding and flexible working options. Applicants must be registered with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission as a Behaviour Support Practitioner.

Qualifications

• Current registration with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission as a Behaviour Support Practitioner (mandatory).
• NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working With Children Check and Police Check (or willingness to obtain).
• Excellent assessment, reporting and collaboration with families and clinicians.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive behaviour and functional assessments.
• Develop evidence-based Behaviour Support Plans.
• Deliver person-centred, capacity-building strategies.
• Prepare high-quality clinical reports and recommendations.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Manage appointments and caseload responsibilities effectively.
• Deliver services in line with NDIS Practice Standards and relevant legislation.
