Entsia is seeking a Portfolio Coordinator to manage delivery tracking, milestones and governance across a multi-account portfolio. You will keep plans up to date, coordinate across delivery teams and stakeholders, and provide clear visibility while reducing administrative load on Delivery Managers.

This role does not own delivery outcomes; you will enable teams by logging risks, actions and changes, maintaining artefacts, and ensuring compliance with data security policies in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Experience in project coordination or delivery support within a technology, SaaS or professional services environment.
• Strong organisational capability with the ability to coordinate multiple delivery activities across stakeholders and accounts.
• Experience maintaining delivery governance artefacts including RAID, change logs and action tracking.
• Strong written communication skills with the ability to produce clear and structured delivery reporting.
• Ability to coordinate and facilitate meetings and workshops, ensuring actions are captured, tracked and followed through.
• High attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy and maintaining reliable information.

Responsabilités

• Maintain delivery plans, milestones and commitments across the portfolio with accurate tracking.
• Provide up-to-date delivery performance visibility across accounts, highlighting risks and financial exposure.
• Maintain delivery governance and change control artefacts to support Delivery Managers.
• Log, track and surface delivery risks, issues and actions to drive timely resolutions.
• Enable delivery teams by reducing administrative burden and improving visibility.
