Anglicare Sydney is seeking a seasoned Head of Finance – Seniors Communities to lead the finance function, partner with executive leadership, and drive strategy for a growing portfolio.

You will own financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and decision support, mentor a high-performing team, and contribute to acquisitions and growth initiatives that deliver value for residents and NSW communities.

Qualifications

• CA or CPA qualification or equivalent.
• Significant senior finance leadership experience.
• Expertise in financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting.
• Strong business partnering and stakeholder engagement.
• Experience supporting strategic projects, investments and acquisitions.
• Ability to translate complex financial information into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Deliver accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
• Lead the annual budgeting process, rolling forecasts, and long-term planning.
• Provide high-quality financial insights to improve forecast accuracy and decision-making.
• Partner with operational leaders to drive performance and KPI achievement.
• Build, mentor, and retain a high-performing finance team.
• Support strategic projects, funding activities, acquisitions and growth initiatives with financial expertise.
