Alignerr is seeking a Population Health Informaticist to help train AI models that reason about population health and public health data. This remote hourly contract role offers flexible hours and the chance to shape AI systems at scale.

You will evaluate AI outputs, annotate health data scenarios, and design dashboards and data pipelines for AI training. Strong communication and self-direction are essential for asynchronous work.

• Identify gaps, errors, or misleading conclusions in AI-generated health insights and suggest improvements.
• Design or assess dashboards, data pipelines, and reporting frameworks within AI training contexts.

We partner with the world's leading AI research teams to build and train cutting-edge AI models — and we need experts like you to make it happen. As a Population Health Informaticist, you'll apply your real-world expertise to evaluate, improve, and inform AI systems that reason about population health, epidemiology, and public health data. Your domain knowledge directly shapes how AI understands health trends, disparities, and intervention strategies at scale.

This is a flexible, remote contract role — work on your own schedule while contributing to AI that could meaningfully improve health outcomes for millions of people.
