Crownz Pools in the Southern Highlands is hiring a full-time Pool Technician. No pool experience needed; we train you on the job and fund your Cert III in Pool and Spa Servicing. Earn $30–$36 per hour depending on experience.

The role covers servicing, repairs, green pool cleanups and installing pumps, filters, heaters and chlorinators. Expect varied, hands-on days and a clear path to senior technician as you learn.

Qualifications

• Training provided on the job with paid Cert III in Pool and Spa Servicing.
• No prior pool experience required; on-the-job training.
• Current driver’s licence is essential.

Responsibilities

• Regular pool servicing and maintenance.
• Pool and equipment repairs and fault-finding.
• Green pool cleanups.
• Installing pumps, filters, heaters and chlorinators.
• Working with our own vacuum systems.
