Clark Rubber, an Australian icon since 1946, is seeking a practical and friendly Pool Technician to join our team. You will visit residential customers to test, balance, and treat pool water, install and maintain pumps and filters, and provide expert advice and quotes.

This field-based role offers training, supportive managers, and opportunities to grow with a national retailer. A manual driver’s licence and a customer-focused mindset are essential, with in-store support as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in pool service, plumbing, electrical, or retail is a bonus (training provided).
• Experience visiting residential customers and performing water testing and balancing is preferred.
• Hold a manual driver's licence and be comfortable driving to client sites.
• Strong customer-focused communication and reliability are essential.

Responsibilities

• Visit residential customers to clean, test, and balance pool water.
• Install, repair, and maintain pool equipment (pumps, filters, chlorinators).
• Provide friendly, professional advice and quotes to customers.
• Keep accurate records for jobs, schedules, and stock.
• Support the in-store team when needed.
