Job summary

Northside Pool Shop on Brisbane's north side is seeking an experienced Pool Technician to join as a Senior Service Technician on a full-time basis. You will handle complete pool servicing, diagnostics, water testing, and equipment installation with a strong focus on customer service.

The role requires at least 3 years in pool service, a valid Australian driver’s licence, and the ability to work independently.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years' experience in pool service work.
• Full Australian working rights and current residence.
• Driver's licence with a good record.
• Full manual car licence is required for this position.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Complete all aspects of pool servicing and maintenance.
• Troubleshooting and fault finding on pool systems.
• Water testing and chemical balancing.
• Installation of pool equipment.
• Educating customers on proper use of pool equipment.
