Job summary

Centenary Pool Mart is hiring a Pool Technician to keep client pools crystal clear and perfectly balanced. You will perform routine maintenance, test chemistry, and assist customers with expert advice while traveling to various sites in a company vehicle.

We value hands-on, outdoorsy individuals with a positive attitude. Training is provided, and there are opportunities for growth with a locally owned business that has supported a long-standing team for over 30 years.

Qualifications

• Outdoor love and willingness to work outside
• Some trade knowledge or a willingness to learn—we’ll train you
• Good time management and ability to work independently
• Positive attitude that customers notice
• Bonus: pool maintenance experience

Responsibilities

• Keep pools sparkling by routine maintenance: clean filters, vacuum, scrub surfaces
• Test and balance water chemistry
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment (pumps, heaters, robots, filters)
• Drive to sites with company vehicle, ensuring pools are ready for fun
• Provide excellent customer service and pool-related advice

What You’ll Do:

• Keep pools sparkling clean by performing routine maintenance like cleaning filters, vacuuming, and scrubbing surfaces.
• Test and balance water chemistry.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment such as pumps, heaters, robots & filters.
• Drive to various locations with a company vehicle, making sure our customers’ pools are always ready for fun.
• Provide top-notch customer service, answering pool-related questions and offering expert advice.

What You Bring:

• A love for the outdoors and working hands‑on.
• Some Trade knowledge know‑how (or a willingness to learn—we’ll train you!)
• Great time management skills and the ability to work independently.
• A positive attitude that makes our customers smile.
