Job summary

Crown Pool Superstore in North Brisbane is seeking a hands-on Pool Care Technician to service residential and commercial pools on-site.

This role involves cleaning, water testing, balancing chemicals, and maintaining pumps and filters while logging daily reports and using Pooltracker and service software.

Qualifications

• Current manual driver's license is essential.
• Able to lift 25 kg regularly.
• Experience in pool maintenance or trade is preferred but training can be provided.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular pool cleaning, water testing, and balancing chemicals.
• Check and maintain pumps, filters, and chlorinators.
• Diagnose water quality or equipment issues and report to service team.
• Deliver excellent customer service and represent the brand.
• Complete daily job reports and maintain accurate records.
• Assist with in-store duties, stock handling, or deliveries as needed.
• Use Pooltracker and service software.
• Work 7-4pm Monday to Friday plus one full Saturday a month.

Crown Pool Superstore is a well-established pool retail and service company based in North Brisbane. We take pride in delivering top-quality pool care, expert advice, and friendly service to our residential and commercial clients.

We're now looking for a motivated Pool Care Technician to join our growing service team.

About the Role

This is a hands-on role where you'll be out on the road each day, servicing swimming pools for our valued customers.
Your main responsibilities will include:

• Performing regular pool cleaning, water testing, and balancing chemicals.

• Checking and maintaining pool equipment such as pumps, filters, and chlorinators.

• Diagnosing water quality or equipment issues and reporting back to the service team.

• Delivering exceptional customer service and representing our brand professionally.

• Completing daily job reports and maintaining accurate records.

• Assisting with occasional in-store duties, stock handling, or deliveries as needed.

• Using pooltracker and service software

• Working minimum of 7-4pm monday to friday + one full saturday a month

• This role can also be part time if that is more suitable.

About You

We're looking for someone reliable, practical, and proactive, who enjoys working outdoors and takes pride in their work.
To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A current manual driver's licence (essential).

• Good physical fitness and ability to work independently.

• Ability to perform heavy lifting of 25kg+ for daily pool maintenance tasks.

• Strong communication and time management skills.

• Attention to detail and commitment to providing great customer service.

• Previous experience in pool maintenance, plumbing, or a trade-related field (preferred but not essential — we can train the right person).

• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.

• Australian citizenship is required for this position.
