Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver a broad program of workforce initiatives, grants, scholarships, regulatory work and policy and project activities.
• Provide practical policy and project coordination, administrative support, information management and stakeholder follow-up.
• Support multiple concurrent projects by maintaining accurate records, coordinating meetings and papers, tracking actions and deadlines, preparing routine correspondence and reports, and escalating risks, issues and emerging priorities for guidance.
