Job summary

St George's Hospital, Kew, Melbourne, is inviting an experienced Grade 2 Podiatrist to join the Podiatry Department on a fixed-term, part-time basis (16 hours per week). The role covers Community Rehabilitation, Falls & Balance, Aged Care and subacute services with some flexibility for other acute settings.

Salary for Grade 2 is $90,235 to $103,724 per annum, pro rata for part time. Based primarily at St George's Hospital, you will work within a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality

Qualifications

• Registered podiatrist with AHPRA.
• At least 2 years' experience in acute/subacute hospital settings.
• Experience in high-risk foot management.
• Current Victorian Driver Licence.
• Current National Criminal History Check (or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive podiatry assessment, treatment, evaluation and discharge planning.
• Deliver evidence-based care across outpatient, subacute and residential aged care settings.
• Support safe and effective patient transitions across the continuum of care.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimise patient outcomes.
• Supervise and support undergraduate podiatry students.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and participate in quality improvement activities.
