Job summary

Seven Consulting in Australia is seeking a full-time PMO Manager to build and run a high-impact PMO for large tech programs, aligning delivery with governance and stakeholder expectations.

You will lead a team of analysts, elevate processes, and translate complex project data for executives while maintaining calm under pressure.

Qualifications

• Repeated wins running PMOs for large tech programs.
• 10+ years shaping governance, finance & resource controls that actually work.
• Mastery of both traditional and agile frameworks; you choose what delivers.
• Stakeholder-wrangling strengths from boardroom to sprint stand-up.
• Leadership of medium-to-large PMO teams; people follow you.

• Advise the C-suite—translate data into plain-English insights and options.
