Seven Consulting Pty is seeking a PMO Lead to stand up and run a PMO for complex projects and portfolios in Australia, guiding governance, metrics, and delivery for a $50 million program.

You will lift PMO maturity, coach analysts, and provide decision-ready insights to the C-suite while maintaining composure under pressure.

Qualifications

• 7+ years raising the value and visibility of PMOs in large tech environments.
• Proven success standing up & managing PMOs for both traditional and agile programs.
• Stakeholder-wrangling skills—from boardroom to stand-up meetings.
• Experience across project-, program-, portfolio- and EPMO-level governance.
• Leadership that people want to follow again.
• References that shout integrity, resilience and strategic vision.
