K&S Freighters seeks an experienced MC Truck driver to transport woodchips from Caboolture. Afternoon shifts typically start between 1 and 4pm, based on customer needs.

Use local road knowledge to complete runs safely and efficiently for Southeast Queensland customers. You will perform load restraints, pre-start checks, and may handle occasional intra-state deliveries, with safety and compliance at the forefront.

Competenze

• Valid MC License and a good driving history.
• Previous experience operating and reversing B Doubles with local deliveries.
• Experience with walking floor trainers would be highly desirable.
• Exposure to HML loading and transportation requirements an advantage.
• Knowledge of Southeast Queensland roads and geography.

Mansioni

• Apply load restraints to meet safety requirements.
• Undertake pre-start vehicle checks.
• Undertake a low level of manual duties.
• Complete occasional intra-state deliveries when required.
• Always work within load restraint guidelines & QLD Transport legislation.
• Possess the flexibility to work either AM or PM shifts.
