Job summary

Gilders Transport & Logistics/GTL Employment is seeking an experienced Linehaul Supervisor for a PM shift at our Truganina site in VIC. This hands-on leadership role oversees the safe loading and unloading of linehaul vehicles, guiding drivers, forklift operators and warehouse staff to ensure freight is handled, secured and dispatched on time.

• Previous linehaul loading experience required.
• Experience in transport, freight, logistics or warehouse operations.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the safe loading and unloading of linehaul and pickup-and-delivery vehicles.
• Coordinate daily freight and warehouse activities, including storage and container movements.
• Lead and support drivers, forklift operators and warehouse staff, leading by example.
• Promote a strong safety first and compliance focused culture.
• Coordinate workloads and resources to meet operational and customer requirements.
• Resolve and escalate operational issues promptly.
