Job summary

Victorian Freight Specialists is seeking an experienced forklift driver for our Truganina team. This full-time PM shift role starts around 4pm and focuses on unloading and loading trucks to support line haul to country destinations.

Experience with loading semi and B-doubles is preferred, with a strong emphasis on reliability and teamwork. Applicants must hold a current forklift licence and be prepared to undergo a medical and police check.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current forklift licence.
• Proven attendance and reliability.
• Knowledge of country Victoria preferred.
• Experience loading semi and B-doubles trucks.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Clean driving record; prompt, honest and interacts well with others.

Responsibilities

• Unload/load trucks for line haul to country destinations.
• Assist with preparing goods for loading and dispatch.
• Maintain safety and housekeeping standards in the loading area.
