Qualifications

The Opportunity

In this role, you will be responsible for providing plumbing services across multiple Aged Care Homes and Retirement Villages. You will work autonomously to maintain high standards across your sites, provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships.

Your cluster will be based in South Perth. Included but not limited Rockingham, Port Kennedy south to Peel Region.

Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Provide repairs and maintenance services for your sites.
  • Work without supervision to proactively anticipate and resolve issues.
  • Be an effective communicator and develop strong partnerships.
  • Adhere to all City Health and Safety (Think Safe) policies and procedures.
To be considered for this role you will:
  • Ability to multi-task; work reliably with limited supervision and make sound decisions quickly.
  • Valid driver’s licence
  • Plumbing licence
  • Willing to undergo a Police Check
  • Currently have or be willing to obtain 3 doses of the Covid-19 vaccine.
  • Be willing to receive yearly Flu vaccinations
