• Undertake construction and maintenance plumbing services
• Read and interpret plans and specifications
• Ensure all work complies with relevant codes, standards and regulations
• Maintain a safe and productive work environment
• Understand and follow safe working procedures when dealing with asbestos, lead-based products and other high-risk construction activities
• Complete required documentation and reporting as necessary
