Job summary

Platypus Shoes is seeking a Stock Assistant for our Marion store in Adelaide, offering a dynamic, fast paced retail environment. You will support the management team in driving sales, lead a team, and oversee stock and store operations to ensure a premium customer experience.

Qualifications

• Retail experience preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service in store with premium product.
• Work as part of a team to achieve sales and KPI targets.
• Opening and closing stores including late night trades.
• Supporting management in leading the team.
• Processing large volumes of stock.
• Picking and packing click and dispatch orders.
• Maintaining in-store operations including housekeeping, visual merchandising & cleaning.
• Maintain a positive CAN-DO attitude to sell to customers.

The Role

We are looking for passionate and driven retailers to join our team as Stock Assistant at our Marion Store!

You will support the Management team in driving sales, leading a team, operational excellence and play an integral part in the store’s success.

The Role & Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service in store with premium product
• Working part of a team to achieve sales and KPI targets
• Opening and Closing stores including late night trades
• Supporting management in leading team
• Processing large volumes of stock
• Picking and packing click and dispatch orders
• Assisting in maintaining the in-store operations including housekeeping VM & cleaning required
• Maintaining a positive CAN-DO attitude at all times to sell to our customers

• Previous retail experience preferred but not essential
