Job summary

Platypus Shoes is seeking Christmas Sales Assistants for our District Outlet store to bring energy, great vibes and a can-do attitude during the busy season. You’ll help customers find the right sneakers, unpack stock, and pack online orders while keeping shelves stocked and the store looking sharp.

If you love sneakers, enjoy fast-paced days, and work well in a team, you’ll fit right in. Retail experience helps, but the right attitude and customer focus matter most.

Qualifications

• Retail experience is helpful but not essential.

• Self-motivated and goal-driven; open to feedback.

About The Role

Step into the season in style with Platypus Shoes at our District Outlet store! As Christmas Sales Assistants, you'll bring energy, good vibes, and a can-do attitude to our busiest (and most fun) time of year.

From helping customers find your perfect kicks to unpacking stock or packing online orders, every shift brings something new. If you love sneakers, fast-paced days, and great people, you'll fit right in.

What We're Looking For

• Full availability from October 2026 to mid-January 2027, including weekends, late nights, Boxing Day, New Year's Eve and New Year's Day
• Retail experience is great, but not a must
• Passion for sneakers, streetwear, and delivering outstanding customer service
• Love the hustle of a fast-paced team environment
• Self-motivated and goal-driven
• Open to learning, feedback, and being your best
