The Role: We are seeking passionate and driven retail team members for our Corio store. You will support the management team in driving sales, operational excellence, and contribute significantly to the store’s success.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver excellent customer service with premium products
• Work as part of a team to achieve sales and KPI targets
• Process large volumes of stock efficiently
• Pick and dispatch click-and-collect orders
• Assist in maintaining store operations, including housekeeping, visual merchandising, and cleaning
• Maintain a positive, proactive attitude to sell effectively to customers

Ideal Candidate:

• Previous retail experience is preferred but not essential
• Committed to providing exceptional customer service and memorable shopping experiences
• Passionate about sportswear, lifestyle apparel, and footwear
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, energetic environment
• Self-motivated with a desire to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs
