Job summary

Platypus Shoes is seeking a Sales Assistant for our Cairns store. You will greet customers, help them find premium footwear, and deliver excellent service.

Join Accent Group, work with sneaker enthusiasts in a fast-paced team, with training and opportunities to progress within the business.

No formal experience required, but retail experience is preferred. A can-do attitude and teamwork will help you shine and hit sales targets.

Qualifications

• Previous retail experience is preferred but not essential.
• Passion for sneakers and streetwear.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, energetic team.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service in store with premium product
• Work as part of a team to achieve sales and KPI targets
• Processing large volumes of stock
• Picking and packing click and dispatch orders
• Assisting in maintaining in-store operations including housekeeping VM & cleaning
• Maintaining a positive CAN-DO attitude at all times to sell to our customers

We are looking for a Sales Assistant to join us at our Platypus Cairns store!

The Role & Responsibilities
