Job summary

Hitech Asia Pacific is seeking an experienced Platform Solution Architect to lead the architecture and design of secure, scalable enterprise technology platforms. The role is a 12-month contract with opportunities across multiple states and hybrid working arrangements.

You will provide hands-on technical leadership across Azure, AWS, cloud platforms, integrations, DevSecOps and modern engineering capabilities.

Qualifications

• 7+ years’ architecture or senior engineering experience.
• Hands-on Azure and AWS experience.
• Terraform, ARM/Bicep, CI/CD and DevSecOps practices.
• Salesforce, MuleSoft, Kubernetes and API-led integrations experience.

Responsibilities

• Architect and design complex cloud and platform solutions.
• Develop reusable engineering patterns and platform guardrails.
• Drive Infrastructure as Code, automation and DevSecOps practices.

An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Platform Solution Architect to lead the architecture and design of secure, scalable and reusable enterprise technology platforms. You will provide hands‑on technical leadership across Azure, AWS, cloud platforms, integrations, DevSecOps and modern engineering capabilities. The successful Platform Solution Architect will be offered an initial 12-month contract with the view to be extended, with opportunities across QLD, WA, ACT, VIC and NSW and hybrid working arrangements.

The successful Platform Solution Architect will be responsible for, but not limited to:

• Architect and design complex cloud and platform solutions.
• Develop reusable engineering patterns and platform guardrails.
• Drive Infrastructure as Code, automation and DevSecOps practices.
• Lead technical workshops, design reviews and architecture governance.

The successful Platform Solution Architect will have experience in the following:

• 7+ years’ architecture or senior engineering experience.
• Strong hands-on Microsoft Azure and AWS experience.
• Terraform, ARM/Bicep, CI/CD and DevSecOps practices.
• Salesforce, MuleSoft, Kubernetes and API-led integrations.
