Job summary

LEAP Dev is seeking a mid to senior Software Engineer to join the Platform Security team. You will design and ship security features for LEAP products, build internal tools, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to raise the security bar across our SaaS platform.

You will bring 5+ years building production software, proficiency in C#, TypeScript, Python or Go, and strong AWS knowledge. You will influence design decisions and help keep our clients’ data safe.

Qualifications

• Around five or more years writing and shipping production software.
• Strong in at least one of C#, TypeScript, Python, or Go and able to pick up others.
• Working knowledge of how web applications get attacked and how to design secure systems.
• Experience building on AWS and using CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Design and ship security features for LEAP products from design to rollout.
• Build internal tools and automation to accelerate the security team's work.
• Collaborate with product and platform teams to align security needs.
• Write clear, well-tested code that other engineers rely on.
• Bring security thinking into early design discussions and trade-offs.
