- Coordinate across cloud services, compute platforms, virtualization, endpoints and supporting infrastructure.
- Provide specialist expertise on complex incidents, operational challenges and technology implementations.
- Influence platform strategy, technical standards, governance and lifecycle decisions.
- Collaborate with product teams, architects, security specialists, delivery teams and vendors.
- Improve reliability, security, sustainability and operational maturity of services.
