Job summary

Thrive House in Caboolture is seeking an experienced Plasterer/Painter to join our maintenance team. You will perform plastering, patching, painting and property presentation across more than 26 residential care and SIL properties in SE Queensland, working with our Maintenance Manager.

We value hands-on tradespeople who can handle general maintenance, minor carpentry and safety compliance, while communicating professionally with staff and contractors.

Qualifications

• Experience plastering, patching and painting residential properties.
• Ability to perform general maintenance and minor carpentry.
• Proactive about safety and compliance.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Complete plastering, patching, painting and property presentation.
• General maintenance and handyman tasks across homes and offices.
• Undertake minor repairs including basic carpentry and hardware replacements.
• Identify and elevate safety and compliance concerns proactively.
• Coordinate materials and assist with job planning and completion.
• Travel between multiple sites across SE Queensland.
